

Product Overview
IMDCH1MV is a dual-channel DC insulation monitoring module independently developed by our company, supporting single-channel insulation monitoring and single-channel battery voltage monitoring. It integrates functions such as insulation resistance monitoring, DC voltage monitoring, and RS485 communication. The module can collect ground insulation values for DC 100~1000V and DC voltage values for DC 100-1000V, transmitting data via RS485. It features high accuracy, fast response, and enhanced security.
Features voltage monitoring on both the charging pile and vehicle sides, insulation resistance measurement, and more.
High reliability: DC voltage low-frequency fluctuations do not affect insulation resistance monitoring results.
Supports real-time monitoring of insulation resistance. Once enabled, it continuously reads the positive and negative pole-to-ground insulation resistance values, unaffected by asymmetry between the two poles.
High adaptability with support for a wider voltage range: 12V supply, operating from 11V to 13V.
Single-channel data monitoring, supports 485 communication.
High safety: Internal module-to-ground resistance exceeds 600 kΩ, ruling out the possibility of high-voltage breakdown.
High-precision monitoring with error within 1%;
Features high-speed monitoring with a cycle ranging from 0.5s to 2.2s.
