AC/DC Integrated Main Control Board
SDEE_ACDC_GB2 is the main control board unit of our company's self-developed AC/DC integrated dual-gun charging pile. The board features a high-reliability integrated AC-DC power module and provides multiple DI, DO, digital communication, and analog sampling interfaces. It supports various charging methods including VIN code recognition, card swiping, QR code scanning, appointment booking, and screen/keypad input. Built-in components include a high-precision metering unit, electronic lock controller, large-capacity FLASH memory, and multiple open/close input/output channels. The system supports multi-period, multi-rate billing modes and integrates comprehensive protection functions such as emergency stop, access control alerts, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, and overtemperature protection. Designed to meet diverse application scenarios, it is suitable for terminal deployment in wall-mounted and floor-standing all-in-one charging piles.

It is compatible with wall-mounted, floor-standing all-in-one units, or charging stacks.

Master board for four-gun slave-master system
The master-slave 4-gun charging station consists of one PDU mainboard and two dual-gun mainboards. The power modules and power switching are located on the master unit. Both the master and slave units display independently and communicate with the operations platform.

Quad-Machine Main Control Board
A 4-gun charger consists of one PDU mainboard and two dual-gun mainboards. Each dual-gun mainboard supports two charging guns. The PDU mainboard displays information for all four guns on a screen and communicates with the operations platform.

Ethernet
The SDEE-ETH is a hardware TCP/IP embedded Ethernet controller module designed by our company based on the W5500 chip, providing a simpler internet connectivity solution for motherboards. The module integrates a TCP/IP protocol stack, 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY, communicates with an external MCU via a SPI interface, supports high-speed SPI communication up to 80 MHz, and includes Wake-on-LAN (WOL) and power-down modes to reduce system power consumption.

Global 4G
SDEE-4G All-Band is a 4G LTE Cat 1 bis wireless communication module based on Quectel's EG800AK-CN, designed specifically for M2M and IoT applications. The module supports LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD all-band frequencies, with a maximum downlink speed of 10Mbps and a maximum uplink speed of 5Mbps.

EU 4G
SDEE-4G- Euro Standard is an LTE Cat 1 wireless communication module based on the Quectel EC200U-EU modem, designed for the EMEA region. It supports LTE-FDD bands B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28, LTE-TDD bands B38/B40/B41, and GSM B2/B3/B5/B8. Featuring LCC packaging, it integrates rich industrial-standard interfaces including UART, USB 2.0, SPI, I2C, and ADC, and supports FOTA remote updates.

Bluetooth Wi-Fi (Espressif)
The SDEE-Bluetooth-WIFI (Espressif) is a dual-mode WiFi + BLE communication module operating in the 2.4GHz frequency band with an integrated PCB antenna. It communicates with the host MCU via UART-TTL serial interface and supports transparent wireless data transmission. The module features Espressif's ESP8684 series chip, integrating a RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor with a clock speed up to 120MHz. It includes 2MB/4MB Flash memory and offers abundant GPIOs and peripheral interfaces.

Bluetooth & Wi-Fi (Tuya)
The SDEE-Bluetooth-WIFI (Tuya) is a dual-mode WiFi + BLE communication module operating on the 2.4GHz band. It shares an onboard antenna for both WiFi and Bluetooth, interfaces with the main MCU via UART-TTL serial, and supports wireless data transparent transmission.

Large Swipe Board
The SDEE-RF is a non-contact IC card reader/writer module independently developed by our company. It operates on a 5V power supply, offers an RS232 serial communication interface, supports both the initial power-on protocol and industry standard protocols, and enables reading and writing of Type A and Mifare One (MF1) cards compliant with ISO14443.

Single-channel insulation monitoring
IMDCH1MV is a dual-channel DC insulation monitoring module independently developed by our company, supporting single-channel insulation monitoring and single-channel battery voltage monitoring. It integrates functions such as insulation resistance monitoring, DC voltage monitoring, and RS485 communication. The module can collect ground insulation values for DC 100~1000V and DC voltage values for DC 100-1000V, transmitting data via RS485. It features high accuracy, fast response, and enhanced security.

The SDEE-RF-FM is a non-contact IC card reader/writer module developed in-house. The mainboard operates at 5V and features an RS232 serial communication interface. It supports both the first-power protocol and industry-standard protocols, enabling read/write operations for Type A and Mifare One (MF1) cards compliant with ISO14443.

IMDCH2MV is a dual-channel DC insulation monitoring module independently developed by our company, supporting dual-channel insulation monitoring and dual-channel battery voltage monitoring. Contactless Smart Card Reader
The NTS-L13-UA is a non-contact smart card reader/writer capable of reading and writing 13.56MHz non-contact smart cards based on ISO14443 TYPE A/B and ISO15693 protocols, as well as NFC electronic tags. It communicates with host computers and related devices via USB 2.0 or RS232 serial interfaces. The USB interface supports plug-and-play functionality without requiring driver installation. The product includes multi-platform, multi-language SDKs for secondary development, featuring comprehensive function APIs and sample source code. It supports Windows, Linux, Android, UnionTech UOS, Kylin, and HarmonyOS operating systems.

Dynamic load balancing monitoring
The SDEE-DLB is a dynamic load-balancing master board that monitors real-time load conditions to adjust charging station power. It is primarily used in scenarios where power capacity is limited but EV charging stations are required.
