Product Overview
SDEE_ACDC_GB2 is the main control board unit of our company's self-developed AC/DC integrated dual-gun charging pile. The board features a high-reliability integrated AC-DC power module and provides multiple DI, DO, digital communication, and analog sampling interfaces. It supports various charging methods including VIN code recognition, card swiping, QR code scanning, appointment booking, and screen/keypad input. Built-in components include a high-precision metering unit, electronic lock controller, large-capacity FLASH memory, and multiple open/close input/output channels. The system supports multi-period, multi-rate billing modes and integrates comprehensive protection functions such as emergency stop, access control alerts, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, and overtemperature protection. Designed to meet diverse application scenarios, it is suitable for terminal deployment in wall-mounted and floor-standing all-in-one charging piles.
Equipped with communication interfaces such as 485, 232, and CAN, supporting multiple protocols.
Supports Ethernet and 4G connectivity (optional) with background communication capabilities. Enables remote monitoring of the main control board via the backend, and supports connection to Shoudian's proprietary platform as well as major third-party platforms.
Includes integrated protection functions for emergency stop detection, door open detection, ground fault protection, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, CP pin disconnection, and CP grounding.
Compatible with major power module vendors' protocols;
Supports serial screens and dot-matrix color displays;
Supports multiple start modes: VIN charging, card swipe, QR code scan, and scheduled charging.；
Built-in high-precision three-phase AC metering chip; DC metering supports standard electricity meters and DL/T645-2007 communication protocol.
